Composite Deck Construction
We build custom composite and PVC decks planned around your home, outdoor space and local building requirements. We help you choose TimberTech decking, railing and framing options, with footings, spans and connections designed for the project.
Fasteners and finish details follow the requirements for your selected products. Composite and PVC decking avoid the regular staining and sealing associated with wood, but still need periodic cleaning. We review the manufacturer’s care guidance and coordinate permits and inspections for our contracted work.

Roof Covers & Pergolas
We build roof covers and pergolas planned around your home, deck and outdoor space. A solid roof provides overhead shelter; an open pergola provides varying shade and does not offer the same rain protection.
We review support, spans, house connections, flashing and drainage. Engineering, permits and inspections are coordinated where required for the agreed scope. Lighting, fans and electrical work are included only when specified in your proposal.
Fence Installation
We install fencing planned around your yard, preferred style, gates and site conditions. Material options, post details and how the fence follows the slope are confirmed for the selected system in your written proposal.
The homeowner identifies property lines and easements and obtains HOA or subdivision approval. Share your survey, restrictions and any private utility locations before installation. We coordinate the permits and inspections included in the agreed scope.
Interior Remodeling
Alongside our outdoor work, we take on select interior remodeling projects for existing clients. The same crew, the same standards, and the same attention to detail we bring to a deck build.
Interior work is scheduled around our outdoor season, so timelines vary. Reach out and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit for your project.
Under-Deck Ceilings
Make more of the space beneath your elevated deck. An underdeck ceiling creates a finished look and, when paired with a properly designed drainage system, helps channel rainwater away from the patio below.
